Moldova controls Transnistrian export.
- Ministry of reintegration asserts that at the present time Customs of Moldova performs total control of the export from Transnisrtria. At the same time customs bodies control only 10% of the import from the region.
In 2005 Moldova occupied position 95 in the index of corruption perception.
- Moldova reached a slight progress in the sphere of corruption prevention. In 2005 Moldova occupied position 95 (after Iran and Mali) from 159 countries included in the rating with index of 2,9. Index was elaborated by the international organization Transparency International. For example in 2004 Moldova occupied position 117 from 146 countries with index of 2,3.
